NPGS-8/1.5-02-Ts(4)

The NPGS-8/1.5-02-Ts(4) is a non-load-bearing, upright, faceted, folding support. Allows the use of brackets for four console lighting fixtures, as per GOST 9.307-2021.

Support designations:

• НПГС - non-power straight-post faceted folding;
• 8/1.5 – support height/underground part height;
• 02 - internal supply with maintenance through a side hatch in the lower part of the support;
• C - the coating is applied by hot-dip galvanizing;
• (4) - metal diameter.

The supports are protected from corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing (GOST 9.307-2021). With a zinc coating of 40 to 160 microns, the support has a service life of at least 30 years.

The support structure consists of a fixed and rotating section, connected by a movable hinge. The hinge mechanism allows the upper section of the shaft to rotate to a service level from the ground.

Lighting equipment is installed on the NFGS-6-02-Ts(4) pole using a bracket. AGRISOVGAZ recommends using only lightweight, single-cantilever brackets, as the pole is manually folded.

It is mounted according to the rod principle – inside the support shaft.

The lower and upper sections of the shaft are connected by a hinge. The lower part of the upper section, shaped like a square tray, serves as a counterweight to the upper section. The lower section contains a service opening for access to the switching and safety devices located on a panel inside the shaft. The lower part of the upper section of the support, when stationary, covers the service opening and is secured with a vandal-resistant locking device.

The support shaft consists of a lower and upper rotating section connected by a hinge. The supports are made of sheet steel protected from corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing (GOST 9.307-2021).

A halyard stop is used to rotate and hold the upper section. The design of the upper support allows for the installation and fixation of brackets.
